Starting from 01/01/2026, Brickshop grants its customers a fixed discount calculated on the total value of purchases made during the calendar year, excluding shipping costs and cash-on-delivery fees.

How the discount system works
Upon reaching specific annual purchase thresholds, a fixed discount is applied to all subsequent orders, valid until December 31 of the current year.

Once a threshold is reached, the corresponding discount percentage is applied to all subsequent orders placed within the same year upon customer request, which must be sent to info@brickshop.it.

Example:
If the total value of orders placed between 01/01/2026 and 30/06/2026 reaches 300 € (excluding shipping and cash-on-delivery fees), the customer may request the application of a 10% discount on all subsequent orders until December 31, 2026.

To access the second discount level of 15%, additional purchases totaling 200 € must be made within the same year, reaching an annual total of 500 €.

Validity in subsequent years
If a customer reaches the 300 € threshold in 2026 and obtains a 10% discount, that discount will remain valid for the entire year 2027.

However, in 2027 the purchase count resets to zero, and discount thresholds are calculated exclusively on orders placed within the same calendar year.

Discount activation
Discounts are not applied automatically. The customer must send a notification by e-mail to info@brickshop.it.

Discounts and promotions
Personal discounts are applied directly to the products available on the website. To view your reserved discount conditions, simply log in using your username and password. In the presence of active promotions, personal discounts cannot be combined.
